Full rate mail is for everyone

If you want to send fewer than 300 items, and they're not machine addressed, barcoded or sorted, Full Rate Mail is for you.

The following rates apply for your Full Rate Mail (delivery within Australia, postage paid by affixing a stamp)

You can pay for Full Rate Mail using your Australia Post business credit account, cash, debit card or credit card.

Using Full Rate Mail is easy

Simply put postage stamps on your items to the correct postage value, and post them in a street posting box or over the counter at any post office.

Letters Lodgement Correction Fee

Acceptance staff at the lodgement facility will perform an inspection to determine if a lodgement satisfies the conditions of the service.

If articles within a lodgement do not satisfy the conditions of the service, you may be charged a Letters Lodgement Correction Fee.

A fee will be charged when articles are;

lodged without a mailing statement or other required lodgement documentation
lodged with an incorrect mailing statement or lodgement document
incorrectly prepared or presented according to the service guidelines.
